Công nghệ sạc không dây mới của Aira giúp bạn không còn phải tốn công canh chỉnh thiết bị trên đệm sạc mỗi khi sạc nữa.

Nếu bạn là một fan hâm mộ của chương trình Shark Tank của ABC – chương trình truyền hình giúp các công ty khởi nghiệp gọi vốn từ các tỷ phú – thì có lẽ bạn sẽ ấn tượng với một công ty tên là Aira vừa xuất hiện trong số mới nhất. Công ty đã trình bày về một hệ thống đệm sạc không dây có thể cho phép sạc thiết bị theo bất cứ góc đặt nào. Với hầu hết đệm sạc không dây hiện tại, thiết bị được đặt trên miếng đệm phải thẳng hàng hoàn hảo với các cuộn dây bên trong. Trong khi đó, Aira sử dụng một công nghệ khác biệt được gọi là “FreePower”.

Aira được cấp bằng sáng chế cho thuật toán độc quyền theo dõi thiết bị trên đệm sạc (họ sử dụng một dạng ma trận khi bố trí các cuộn dây bên trong hệ thống sạc không dây) và sau đó kích hoạt tính năng sạc cho các thiết bị như smartphone, tablet, thiết bị đeo, tai nghe… Đệm sạc không dây này tương thích với các tiêu chuẩn Qi và sẽ sạc cùng lúc nhiều thiết bị.

Sản phẩm sạc không dây đầu tiên được Aira cấp phép là Nomad Base Station Pro dự kiến sẽ ra mắt vào cuối năm nay.

FreePower mang lại sự tự do cho trải nghiệm sạc không dây. Một thiết bị được đặt ở bất cứ đâu trên đệm sạc cũng có thể nhận được năng lượng. Bộ sạc không dây truyền thống có một “Sweet Spot” (giống như tâm điểm) ở giữa đệm sạc và nếu một thiết bị không được căn chỉnh hoàn hảo, nó sẽ không sạc … FreePower đã khắc phục triệt để vấn đề này bằng cách sử dụng ma trận khi bố trí các cuộn sạc không dây bên trong bộ sạc.

2 nhà sáng lập đang trình diễn công nghệ sạc không dây mới của mình

Sau phần thuyết trình của Aira, Shark Mark Cuban đã quyết định không đầu tư cho dự án này. Cuban đã trích dẫn trường hợp về 2 công ty chuyên phát triển công nghệ sạc không dây khác là uBeam và Energous. Cách đây vài năm, Energous đã được FCC thông qua công nghệ truyền tín hiệu đến một chiếc điện thoại cách xa tới gần 1 mét. Cuối cùng, chủ sở hữu smartphone có thể đi vào phòng và sau đó ra ngoài với thiết bị đã được sạc đầy mà không cần đặt điện thoại lên bộ sạc. Disney cũng đang nghiên cứu công nghệ tương tự để sử dụng tại các công viên giải trí của họ. Thiết kế đế sạc không dây theo công nghệ của Aira

Aira được thành lập bởi Eric Goodchild và Jake Slatnick, cả hai đều xuất hiện trên Shark Tank. Thật thú vị khi thấy rằng công ty đã có thể hoàn thành một cái gì đó mà Apple không thể làm được. Cả ba đồng ý trao cho Aira 500.000 USD để đổi lấy 15% cổ phần.
