Phô mai sữa cừu lên men (Casu Marzu) là đặc sản đảo Sardinia ở Ý. Casu Marzu là loại phô mai cứng là từ sữa cừu được ủ lên men trong 3 tuần cho đến khi có những con giòi lúc nhúc. Món ăn là một phần văn hóa ẩm thực người Sardinia nhưng lại khiến nhiều người thấy “rùng mình” khi chỉ mới nghe tên.
