Hồng đen Nhật Bản giá hơn 200.000 đồng/quả có gì đặc biệt khiến nhiều người mê mệt?

Nhờ áp dụng kỹ thuật trồng đặc biệt nên thịt của quả hồng đen Nhật Bản có vị ngọt giống như socola.

Hồng đen hay theo cách gọi của người Nhật là Kuroama được trồng tại huyện Kinokawa của tỉnh Wakayama, nằm bên cạnh núi Longmen và sông Kinokawa.

Khác với những quả hồng tại Việt Nam có ruột hồng, vị chát thì hồng đen Nhật Bản ruột có những chấm li ti màu đen trên bề mặt như những hạt mè đen, khi ăn có vị socola. Hạt có trong ruột hồng có thành phần polyphenol – một chất chống oxi hoá giúp chống lại các vấn đề lão hóa và tăng cường sức khỏe.

Thoạt nhìn bên ngoài, hồng đen Nhật Bản không khác gì so với hồng Việt Nam nhưng phía bên trong hồng Nhật Bản có những hạt li ti màu đen.

Một chủ cửa hàng hoa quả trên đường Phan Chu Trinh, Hà Nội cho biết, khi còn non, vỏ quả hồng đen có màu xanh bóng, ruột trắng, khi chín lại chuyển sang màu xám đen. Hiện tại đang là mùa hồng đen tại Nhật nhưng số lượng cũng không có nhiều, mỗi lần cửa hàng chỉ có thể nhập được khoảng 8 – 10 hộp, mỗi hộp có 3 – 4 quả.

“Năm nay, tôi đã nhập về nhiều hồng hơn so với năm ngoái nhưng do đây là loại quả hiếm nên số lượng hàng lấy về cũng không nhiều. Có rất nhiều khách đã đặt từ trước nên hồng đen về tới đâu hết tới đó, luôn trong tình trạng cháy hàng”, chị Trần Thị Thanh, chủ hàng hoa quả nhập tại Cầu Giấy, Hà Nội cho biết.

Anh Nguyễn Duy Thái, nhân viên bán hoa quả nhập tại Thái Hà, Hà Nội cũng chia sẻ: “Thời gian thu hoạch của quả chỉ trong 1 tháng nên mỗi năm cửa hàng chỉ nhập được 3 – 5 lần”.

Chỉ chiếm 1% sản lượng hồng tại Nhật nên hồng đen được coi như Quý tử tại Nhật, đây là sản phẩm độc đáo được ưa chuộng bởi độ ngọt đặc biệt cùng chất mật như mè đen.

Theo tìm hiểu của phóng viên, mỗi kg hồng đen Nhật Bản (khoảng 3 – 4 quả) có giá dao động từ 800.000 – 990.000 đồng, tính ra mỗi quả sẽ có giá hơn 200.000 đồng. Tuy nhiên, nếu mua 1 hộp 4 kg sẽ được giảm giá còn 3,5 triệu đồng. Với mức giá này, hồng đen Nhật Bản đang có giá cao gấp hơn 10 lần so với hồng Việt Nam.

Do loại quả này được các cửa hàng quảng cáo có công dụng “thần kì” nên bất chấp giá cao, không ít người vẫn cố săn lùng về ăn thử.
