Sau 2 năm thực hiện Nghị quyết số 05/2018/NQ-HĐND của HĐND tỉnh về chính sách hỗ trợ, phát triển kinh tế hộ trong nông nghiệp, thủy sản trên địa bàn tỉnh, nhiều nông dân xã An Nhứt (huyện Long Điền) đã thoát nghèo, có đời sống kinh tế khá giả.

2 năm nay, mỗi ngày gia đình ông Đinh Văn Lẹ, ấp An Hòa, xã An Nhứt bỏ túi hơn 1 triệu đồng từ bán nấm bào ngư xám.
Trước đây, gia đình ông Lẹ chỉ canh tác lúa và trồng hoa màu, vất vả quanh năm nhưng thu nhập chẳng bao nhiêu. Sau khi được đi tham quan các mô hình trồng nấm bào ngư xám, nhận thấy đây là mô hình hay, mang lại lợi nhuận cao, năm 2017, ông Lẹ bắt đầu xây dựng trại, lắp đặt hệ thống tưới phun sương để trồng loại nấm này.
“Thời gian đầu gia đình tôi đầu tư khoảng 10 ngàn bịch phôi giống để trồng thử nghiệm trên diện tích chừng 100m2. Thấy nấm phát triển tốt, đầu ra ổn định, cùng đó được Nhà nước hỗ trợ 60 triệu đồng nên gia đình tôi mở rộng trại lên 300m2, trồng thêm 27 ngàn bịch phôi. Hiện mỗi ngày gia đình tôi thu hoạch từ 100-120kg nấm bào ngư xám. Nấm được bỏ mối tại các chợ trong và ngoài huyện với giá 32 ngàn đồng/kg. Sau khi trừ chi phí, gia đình tôi thu lãi hơn 1 triệu đồng mỗi ngày”, ông Lẹ cho biết.
Theo Nghị quyết 05 của HĐND tỉnh, đối tượng được hỗ trợ vốn là hộ gia đình hoặc nhóm hộ (từ 3 hộ trở lên) trực tiếp tham gia hoạt động sản xuất, kinh doanh. Mỗi hộ được hỗ trợ 50% vốn đầu tư (60 triệu đồng/1 dự án) để mua cây, con giống, vật tư. Với các hộ mua sắm máy móc phục vụ sản xuất nông nghiệp, chế biến nông sản… thì được hỗ trợ tối đa không quá 100 triệu đồng/1 dự án. Ông Nguyễn Tường Thành, Phó Chủ tịch UBND xã An Nhứt, cho biết, chính sách này thực sự đã tạo thêm động lực để bà con mạnh dạn chuyển đổi cơ cấu cây trồng, vật nuôi, đẩy mạnh liên kết sản xuất, tạo việc làm, nâng cao thu nhập cho người dân vùng nông thôn.

Ðể triển khai thực hiện các mô hình phát triển sản xuất, Đảng ủy, UBND xã đã phân công cán bộ, công chức phối hợp với các Ban điều hành ấp tìm hiểu các gia đình có điều kiện về vốn, nhân lực để động viên xây dựng mô hình sản xuất, áp dụng khoa học kỹ thuật và quy trình sản xuất theo tiêu chuẩn VietGAP. Đồng thời, thành lập các HTX, tổ hợp tác để mở rộng quy mô sản xuất, xây dựng các mô hình nông nghiệp công nghệ cao phù hợp với điều kiện thực tế của địa phương. Đến nay, xã An Nhứt đã và đang triển khai 9 dự án (47 hộ tham gia), với tổng vốn đầu tư hơn 5 tỷ đồng, trong đó Nhà nước hỗ trợ gần 2,5 tỷ đồng.
Nhìn chung, các mô hình được triển khai thực hiện phù hợp với điều kiện của địa phương, từng bước thay đổi tập quán sản xuất truyền thống, thúc đẩy việc phát triển nền nông nghiệp theo hướng sản xuất hàng hóa tập trung, nâng cao thu nhập cho nông dân, xây dựng thương hiệu nông sản chất lượng cao. Điển hình như mô hình tráng bánh, trồng hoa lan, trồng nấm bào ngư, trồng hoa hồng, sản xuất lúa VietGAP… cho thu nhập mỗi năm từ 100 – 300 triệu đồng. Các mô hình này cũng đang từng bước được nhân rộng trên địa bàn xã.
