Cuộc thi Business Challenges (Thách thức kinh doanh) mùa 5 do Trường Đại học Kinh tế – ĐHQGHN phối hợp Viện Friedrich Naumann Việt Nam tổ chức đã tìm ra các nhà vô địch sau Gala chung kết diễn ra ngày 17/10 qua hình thức kết hợp trực tuyến và trực tiếp.
Phát biểu tại Gala chung kết, PGS-TS Phạm Bảo Sơn, Phó Giám đốc Đại học Quốc gia Hà Nội cho biết. khởi nghiệp là chủ trương lớn của Chính phủ trong thời gian vừa qua. Việc Trường Đại học Kinh tế tổ chức cuộc thi Business Challenges đã góp phần thực hiện sứ mệnh quan trọng của ĐHQGHN trong việc kết hợp giữa giảng dạy và thực tiễn trong bối cảnh của cuộc Cách mạng công nghiệp lần thứ tư, trở thành nơi ươm mầm và vun trồng tinh thần khởi nghiệp của các thế hệ sinh viên. “Tôi tin rằng các em sinh viên sau khi tham gia cuộc thi, với sự hướng dẫn của các thầy cô, các doanh nhân, sẽ trở thành những nhà khởi nghiệp thành công trong tương lai”, PGS-TS Phạm Bảo Sơn nhấn mạnh.
Theo PGS-TS Nguyễn Trúc Lê, Hiệu trưởng trường Đại học Kinh tế – ĐHQGHN, với triết lý giáo dục đào tạo theo hướng quốc tế hóa, nhà trường mong muốn phát triển cuộc thi Business Challenges trở thành sân chơi bổ ích, ngang tầm quốc gia và quốc tế cho sinh viên khối ngành kinh tế.

Khởi động từ tháng 10/2020, Business Challenges mùa 5 đã thu hút sự quan tâm của đông đảo sinh viên trên toàn quốc. Điểm nhấn của mùa 5 thể hiện ở chỗ, đây là năm đầu tiên cuộc thi có sự tham dự của sinh viên của nhiều trường đại học từ miền Bắc đến miền Nam. Cuộc thi đã thu hút 736 thí sinh đăng ký, được chia thành 156 đội thi. Trong đó, các trường có số lượng sinh viên tham gia tích cực gồm: Trường Đại học Ngoại thương, Trường Đại học Kinh tế Quốc dân, Trường Đại học Bách khoa Hà Nội, Học viện Ngân hàng, Trường Công nghệ Giao thông Vận tải, Trường Đại học Giao thông Vận tải, Trường Đại học FPT, Trường Đại học Hà Nội, Trường Đại học Kinh tế – ĐHQGHN, Trường Đại học Ngoại ngữ – ĐHQGHN, Trường Đại học Khoa học Tự nhiên – ĐHQGHN, Trường Đại học Kỹ thuật Công nghiệp Thái Nguyên, Trường Đại học Hoa Sen, Trường Đại học Hùng Vương, Học viện Công nghệ Bưu chính Viễn thông…
Trải qua các vòng sơ loại và vòng bán kết, 12 đội thi xuất sắc thuộc 2 nhánh thi với những ý tưởng sáng tạo, mang tính khả thi cao sẽ tiếp tục thể hiện sự bứt phá mạnh mẽ cũng như sự chuẩn bị công phu từ khâu xây dựng ý tưởng, lập dự án, quản trị rủi ro và triển khai.
Nhánh 1 – Khởi nghiệp và Start-up gồm các đội: Mix and Match, Salework, ADGAME, TEA TEA, Sli, TITANA.
Nhánh 2 – Giải quyết các vấn đề thực tiễn của doanh nghiệp gồm các đội: Queens of BC, Bang Bang Mafia, RBG, CHIEF, DYLE, 3AC.

Điểm nổi bật của các đề tài tham dự cuộc thi mùa này chính là tính thực tiễn cao và đã được triển khai trong thực tế khởi nghiệp của sinh viên, trong đó đã có những dự án mang lại những khoản doanh thu đầu tiên. Các giải pháp kinh doanh của cuộc thi được thực hiện trên các nền tảng công nghệ mới và đa dạng ở nhiều lĩnh vực như kinh doanh giáo dục, nông nghiệp, công nghệ thông tin, quản trị nhân lực, quản trị marketing… Tính sáng tạo và nhanh nhạy trong việc nắm bắt nhu cầu thực tế của thị trường của các sản phẩm được Ban giám khảo đánh giá rất cao.
Với sự táo bạo trong ý tưởng, bài bản, sáng tạo trong cách thức triển khai, 2 đội thi Salework (nhánh 1) và 3AC (nhánh 2) đã xuất sắc giành giải Quán quân với giải thưởng trị giá 50 triệu đồng.
Các đội thi đạt giải nhì gồm: Adgame (nhánh 1); Bangbang Mafia (nhánh 2). Giải ba thuộc về: Slii (nhánh 1); Dyle (nhánh 2). Và giải triển vọng thuộc về các đội: TEA TEA (nhánh 1); TITANA (nhánh 1) ; Chief CITE (nhánh 2); Queen of BC (nhánh 2) .
Dự án quán quân Salework đã nhận được lời mời cộng tác của 3 công ty, trong đó có lời mời trị giá 100.000 USD cho 18% và 200.000 USD cho 20% cổ phần. Được biết, dự án của nhóm Salework cung cấp giải pháp quản lý dành cho doanh nghiệp, các hộ kinh doanh online nhằm thích ứng với sự thay đổi liên tục về thuật toán của các sàn thương mại điện tử, tự động hóa các quy trình với chatbot chăm sóc khách hàng tự động, tự động tạo chiến dịch quảng cáo, sản phẩm ưu tiên, chi phí sử dụng tối ưu.
