Đạt doanh thu gần 1 tỷ đồng/tháng từ sản xuất bánh gạo


Một ngày không xa, có thể đưa sản phẩm bánh gạo xuất khẩu ra thị trường quốc tế, từ đó, tạo việc làm, thu nhập ổn định cho nhiều người dân địa phương, nhất là phụ nữ. Đó là mong muốn của chị Nguyễn Thị Đào, thôn Thi Đua, xã Xuân Lôi, huyện Lập Thạch, tỉnh Vĩnh Phúc.

Tốt nghiệp THPT, chị Nguyễn Thị Đào quyết định không thi đại học mà ở nhà lấy chồng, làm kinh tế để cùng bố mẹ chăm sóc 2 chị gái bị bệnh. Mới ở độ tuổi đôi mươi, chị Đào đã biết xoay xở đủ nghề. Từ trồng rau, nuôi lợn, buôn cây giống, rồi lấy hàng đổ buôn cho các quán, hàng tạp hóa trong xã và thị trấn Lập Thạch. Bên cạnh đó, vợ chồng chị còn xây dựng mô hình trồng rau trong nhà lưới để cung cấp các sản phẩm rau an toàn.

Năm 2015, nhận thấy trên địa bàn tỉnh có nhiều doanh nghiệp nước ngoài đến đầu tư sản xuất – kinh doanh, trong đó có người Hàn Quốc. Nhiều nhà hàng bán đồ ăn Hàn Quốc cũng được mở ra, tạo cơ hội cho nhiều loại thực phẩm mới du nhập. Chị Đào cùng con trai quyết định đầu tư mua dây chuyền, máy móc sản xuất bánh gạo Tokbokki Hàn Quốc và thành lập Công ty cổ phần Mir Việt Nam.

Nỗ lực đưa bánh gạo vươn xa

Chị Đào cho biết, nguyên liệu chính để sản xuất bánh gạo chỉ đơn giản là bột gạo, muối tinh luyện và nước nhưng để cho ra đời những sản phẩm hoàn chỉnh, cần trải qua quá trình tìm tòi, học hỏi và thử nghiệm. Nguyên liệu để làm bánh gạo 100% là giống gạo Nhật Bản trồng trên những cánh đồng mẫu lớn tại tỉnh Đồng Tháp. Để có nguồn cung nguyên liệu ổn định, chị đã ký hợp đồng bao tiêu lâu dài với bà con nông dân. Những hạt gạo chất lượng, đảm bảo dinh dưỡng được sản xuất trên dây chuyền công nghệ của Hàn Quốc.

Cơ sở sản xuất bánh gạo của chị Nguyễn Thị Đào tạo việc làm ổn định cho hơn 20 lao động với mức lương 5-7 triệu đồng/người/tháng

Mỗi công đoạn sản xuất từ chọn nguyên liệu, chế biến, đóng gói đến bảo quản, phân phối sản phẩm đều được công ty áp dụng nghiêm ngặt các yêu cầu về an toàn vệ sinh thực phẩm cũng như hàm lượng dinh dưỡng. Với phương châm “sức khỏe của người tiêu dùng được đặt lên hàng đầu”, chị Đào tập trung sản xuất các dòng sản phẩm không dùng hóa chất, không chứa chất phụ gia, đảm bảo an toàn vệ sinh thực phẩm.

Trong quá trình chế biến, công nhân phải thực hiện đeo khẩu trang, găng tay… Đặc biệt, từ đầu năm 2020, với diễn biến phức tạp của dịch bệnh Covid-19, trước khi bước vào ca sản xuất, công ty thực hiện nghiêm việc kiểm tra thân nhiệt, yêu cầu công nhân rửa tay sát khuẩn để bảo đảm sức khỏe cho người lao động và an toàn cho sản phẩm.

Từ sản phẩm bánh gạo truyền thống, để đáp ứng nhu cầu đa dạng của người tiêu dùng, chị Nguyễn Thị Đào và đội ngũ trong công ty đã sản xuất nhiều sản phẩm bánh gạo như bánh gạo nguyên thanh, bánh gạo nhân phô mai…

Với dòng sản phẩm mới lạ, thơm ngon, an toàn, sản phẩm bánh gạo của chị Đào đã được người tiêu dùng đón nhận, được bán tại các siêu thị, cửa hàng kinh doanh thực phẩm ở nhiều tỉnh, thành trên cả nước.

Giải quyết việc làm cho 20 phụ nữ

Trung bình mỗi tháng hiện nay, công ty cung cấp ra thị trường 25-30 tấn sản phẩm bánh gạo các loại, doanh thu đạt gần 1 tỷ đồng.

Vừa quản lý xưởng sản xuất bánh gạo, chị Đào đảm nhiệm chức vụ Phó Bí thư chi bộ, Trưởng ban công tác Mặt trận kiêm Chi hội trưởng Chi hội phụ nữ thôn Thi Đua. Trên cương vị công tác của mình, chị đã giải quyết việc làm cho hơn 20 lao động là phụ nữ ở địa phương, trong đó nhiều chị em có hoàn cảnh khó khăn, với mức lương trung bình 5-7 triệu đồng/người/tháng. Đồng thời, chị cũng hỗ trợ 50 chị em vay vốn ủy thác với dư nợ trên 1,3 tỷ đồng để thoát nghèo, ổn định cuộc sống.

Với những nỗ lực của mình, chị Đào tiếp tục đầu tư mở rộng nhà xưởng, mua sắm thêm máy móc để sản xuất nhiều mặt hàng thực phẩm xuất xứ từ Hàn Quốc. Chia sẻ về những dự định trong tương lai, chị cho biết, mong muốn lớn nhất của chị là có thể đưa sản phẩm bánh gạo của công ty vươn xa, tiến tới xuất khẩu ra thị trường quốc tế, từ đó, tạo việc làm, thu nhập ổn định cho nhiều người dân địa phương, nhất là phụ nữ.
