- Vẫn làm công việc cũ
Bạn không thể làm cả 2 việc cũng 1 lúc. Bạn cần quyết định là bạn có sẵn sàng từ bỏ mọi mối quan hệ với công ty cũ để cống hiến 100% thời gian và năng lực cho công ty riêng của mình hay không.
- Thuê bạn bè và người thân
Chị dâu của bạn rất giỏi khi làm việc với các con số. Bạn cùng đại học của bạn rất chăm chỉ và thông minh. Cả hai đều đang cần một công việc. Tuy nhiên họ có thực sự có những kỹ năng phù hợp với công ty của bạn? Bạn cần có sự tinh toán chi tiết để không tốn thời gian tuyển đi tuyển lại, vì thời gian cũng là tiền bạc.
- Mua rất nhiều trang thiết bị và đồ dùng văn phòng
Quả là tuyệt nếu bạn có thể sắm những trang thiết bị tân tiến và hiện đại nhất cho văn phòng/công ty mình. Tuy nhiên hãy suy tính lại xem với chiếc máy tính hiện tại bạn có thể làm được tốt công việc của mình không. Và cũng đừng vội trang trí để văn phòng của bạn trông thật sự chuyên nghiệp vội. Bạn cần xem xét nhu cầu hàng ngày và đưa ra quyết định kỹ càng. Để công ty thành công thì trước hết bạn cần xây dựng cho nó một nền tảng thực sự vững chắc trước thay vì vẻ bề ngoài hào nhoáng.
