Trước đó, tòa án đã phán quyết chấp thuận ly hôn và phân chia tài sản theo tỷ lệ 6:4.
Chiều 10/4, Tòa án nhân dân TPHCM cho biết, tòa đã nhận được đơn kháng cáo của bà Lê Hoàng Diệp Thảo và ông Đặng Lê Nguyên Vũ về bản án ly hôn sơ thẩm tuyên hôm 27/3.
Theo đó, bà Lê Hoàng Diệp Thảo kháng cáo toàn bộ bản án sơ thẩm và bày tỏ nguyện vọng đoàn tụ với ông Đặng Lê Nguyên Vũ, đề nghị toà phúc thẩm xét xử lại.
Trong khi đó, ông Đặng Lê Nguyên Vũ cũng kháng cáo, nhưng với yêu cầu chia các tài sản tranh chấp theo tỷ lệ ông Vũ sở hữu 70% và bà Thảo 30%, thay vì 60-40 như phán quyết của tòa.
Ông Vũ cho rằng mình là người sáng lập Trung Nguyên, trong quá trình xây dựng và phát triển tập đoàn, ông là người có đóng góp nhiều hơn bà Thảo nên chia theo tỉ lệ 6/4 là chưa tương xứng.
Trước đó, ngày 27/3, Tòa án Nhân dân TPHCM đã ra phán quyết vụ ly hôn giữa 2 vợ chồng ông Đặng Lê Nguyên Vũ và bà Lê Hoàng Diệp Thảo.
Theo phán quyết này, bất động sản sẽ được chia đôi, ông Vũ giữ khối bất động sản trị giá 350 tỷ đồng còn bà Thảo giữ khối bất động sản trị giá 375 tỷ đồng. Bà Thảo sẽ phải trả ông Vũ phần chênh lệch khoảng hơn 12 tỷ đồng.
Tiền, vàng được tòa xác định có giá trị 1.764 tỷ đồng và Trung Nguyên có giá trị 5.737 tỷ đồng. Tòa phán quyết đây đều là tài sản chung giữa 2 vợ chồng và đều đem ra chia với tỷ lệ ông Vũ 60% và bà Thảo 40%. Ông Vũ được nhận nhiều hơn bà Thảo do tòa xem xét yếu tố đóng góp của ông Vũ.
Với tỷ lệ 6-4, giá trị tài sản thực tế mà ông Vũ được chia là 4.863 tỷ đồng (đã bao gồm bất động sản), trong khi ông Vũ đang sở hữu 6.087 tỷ đồng.
Trong khi đó, bà Thảo được chia 3.363 tỷ đồng, trong khi đang sở hữu 2.139 tỷ đồng. Cũng theo phán quyết của tòa, bà Thảo phải giao toàn bộ cổ phần tại Trung Nguyên cho ông Vũ và nhận lại tiền với giá trị tương ứng. Vì vậy, ông Vũ sẽ phải chuyển cho bà Thảo lượng tiền mặt trị giá lên tới hơn 1.200 tỷ đồng.

Sau phán quyết của tòa, bà Thảo đã khóc và nhanh chóng ra về. Bà cho rằng, bản án “quá bất công” với mẹ con bà.
