Đánh giá về 3 ngày đầu TP.HCM thực hiện chỉ thị 18, nới lỏng giãn cách, ông Phạm Đức Hải cho biết đại bộ phận người dân rất phấn khởi, nhiều doanh nghiệp, cơ sở sản xuất trở lại hoạt động tạo ra không khí rất vui tươi, nhộn nhịp.
“Tuy nhiên vẫn còn một bộ phận người dân thực hiện chưa nghiêm theo quy định của chỉ thị 18. Ví dụ thực hiện không đúng quy định 5K, còn tụ tập đông người, buôn bán hàng rong, lưu thông khi chưa đủ điều kiện…
Tinh thần của chỉ thị 18 là tiếp tục kiểm soát, điều chỉnh các biện pháp phòng, chống dịch. Nghĩa là chúng ta phải xem việc phòng, chống dịch là số 1, ưu tiên đảm bảo sức khỏe của người dân rồi mới phục hồi, phát triển kinh tế”, ông Hải nói.
Theo ông Hải, tính đến ngày 3-10, Ban chỉ đạo phòng, chống dịch COVID-19 TP.HCM đã nhận được báo cáo kết quả kiểm tra đánh giá của các đoàn kiểm tra. Cụ thể, có 17 địa phương công bố kiểm soát được dịch và đề nghị TP công nhận địa phương kiểm soát được dịch.
17 địa phương này là: TP Thủ Đức, quận 1, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, Gò Vấp, Phú Nhuận, Tân Phú, Tân Bình, huyện Nhà Bè, Cần Giờ và Củ Chi.
Các địa phương còn lại gồm 3 đơn vị chưa báo cáo thẩm tra, thẩm định của đoàn kiểm tra là: quận 4, Bình Thạnh, huyện Hóc Môn. 2 đơn vị chưa công nhận kiểm soát dịch là quận Bình Tân và huyện Bình Chánh.
Ngoài ra, trong 3 ngày qua có 5.279 doanh nghiệp đã đăng ký hoạt động trở lại, nhiều doanh nghiệp khác đang chuẩn bị nguồn nhân lực, máy móc thiết bị để chuẩn bị hoạt động trở lại. Các quận, huyện hiện đang làm việc với các cơ sở sản xuất kinh doanh để tạo điều kiện cho các đơn vị này.
