Standard Chartered cam kết tài trợ 6 tỉ USD cho các dự án xanh của T&T Group

Trong khuôn khổ chuyến tham dự Hội nghị COP26 và thăm làm việc tại Vương quốc Anh của Thủ tướng Chính phủ Phạm Minh Chính, Tập đoàn T&T Group của doanh nhân Đỗ Quang Hiển đã ký kết và trao một loạt biên bản ghi nhớ hợp tác chiến lược với các đối tác hàng đầu thế giới trong các lĩnh vực tài chính, môi trường, năng lượng tái tạo, y tế, giáo dục, thể thao.

Ông Đỗ Quang Hiển, Chủ tịch HĐQT kiêm Tổng Giám đốc Tập đoàn T&T Group và ông Patrick Lee, Chủ tịch Standard Chartered Việt Nam, Giám đốc Standard Chartered Singapore và thị trường ASEAN trao biên bản ghi nhớ tài trợ vốn 6 tỷ USD cho các dự án xanh của T&T Group

Cụ thể, ngày 1.11, khuôn khổ Diễn đàn về môi trường đầu tư – kinh doanh của Việt Nam, với sự chứng kiến của Thủ tướng Phạm Minh Chính, Tập đoàn T&T Group và Standard Chartered – định chế tài chính quốc tế hàng đầu có trụ sở chính tại Vương quốc Anh, đã trao biên bản ghi nhớ về việc Standard Chatered tài trợ vốn cho các dự án môi trường và xử lý chất thải, điện khí LNG, năng lượng tái tạo. Theo đó, Standard Chartered cam kết thu xếp khoản tài chính lên tới 6 tỉ USD để tài trợ cho các dự án xanh mà Tập đoàn T&T Group triển khai tại Việt Nam. Trong đó có thể kể đến một số dự án như Nhà máy xử lý chất thải công nghiệp và y tế tại tỉnh Thái Nguyên, dự án Nhà máy xử lý chất thải sinh hoạt tại Hưng Yên, dự án Nhà máy xử lý rác thu hồi điện Xuân Sơn tại Hà Nội, dự án Trung tâm điện khí Hải Lăng công suất 1.500 MW tại tỉnh Quảng Trị, các dự án năng lượng tái tạo hiện nay của T&T Group…

Đại diện T&T Pharma, Trường Đại học Y Hà Nội và Tập đoàn HIPRA (Tây Ban Nha) trao thỏa thuận hợp tác xây dựng Trung tâm nghiên cứu vắc xin tại Việt Nam và hợp tác đào tạo nguồn nhân lực

Đại diện Tập đoàn T&T Group cho biết, việc hợp tác với Ngân hàng Standard Chartered sẽ giúp T&T Group tiếp cận nguồn tài chính quốc tế trung và dài hạn cùng những kinh nghiệm quý báu để đẩy nhanh tiến độ triển khai các dự án xanh tại Việt Nam, đóng góp chung vào chiến lược quốc gia về tăng trưởng xanh giai đoạn 2021-2030, tầm nhìn 2050 theo mục tiêu của Chính phủ.
Trước đó, ngày 31.10, cũng với sự chứng kiến của Thủ tướng Phạm Minh Chính và Đoàn cấp cao Việt Nam, Công ty CP Dược phẩm T&T (T&T Pharma – thành viên của Tập đoàn T&T Group), Trường Đại học Y Hà Nội và Tập đoàn HIPRA Human Health S.L.U của Tây Ban Nha đã trao đổi biên bản ghi nhớ hợp tác. Theo đó, T&T Pharma, ĐH Y Hà Nội và HIPRA sẽ hợp tác toàn diện trong việc xây dựng, quản lý, vận hành Trung tâm nghiên cứu và phát triển vắc xin tại Việt Nam theo mô hình và tư vấn từ HIPRA; đồng thời hợp tác đào tạo nguồn nhân lực, nhằm tăng cường năng lực nghiên cứu, ứng dụng, sử dụng vắc xin tại Việt Nam. Trước đó, vào tháng 9, T&T Group và HIPRA đã ký thỏa thuận hợp tác thử nghiệm lâm sàng vaccine phòng Covid-19 HIPRA SARS-CoV-2 tại Việt Nam. T&T Pharma ký hợp đồng mua 50 triệu liều vắc xin HIPRA SARS-CoV-2, với tổng giá trị là 375 triệu Euro (tương đương với 10.500 tỉ đồng) sau khi loại vaccine này được Bộ Y tế phê duyệt đưa vào sử dụng khẩn cấp tại Việt Nam. T&T Group cũng sẽ nhận chuyển giao công nghệ, bản quyền, trang thiết bị từ HIPRA để có thể tự sản xuất được loại vaccine này trong nước với quy mô tối thiểu 50 triệu liều/năm, bảo đảm chất lượng theo tiêu chuẩn châu Âu.

Ông Đỗ Vinh Quang, Thành viên HĐQT Tập đoàn T&T Group và đại diện Formula E Operations (Anh) trao thỏa thuận hợp tác nghiên cứu và khảo sát việc triển khai chương trình đua công thức 1 bằng xe điện

Trong lĩnh vực thể thao, CLB Bóng đá Hà Nội đã bắt tay hợp tác với City Credit Capital UK (Vương quốc Anh) – nhà cung cấp hàng đầu thế giới về giao dịch bán lẻ phái sinh và dịch vụ giao dịch trực tuyến, về việc tư vấn xây dựng chiến lược đào tạo bóng đá và hỗ trợ các hoạt động đào tạo, quản lý bóng đá. Cụ thể, City Credit Capital UK sẽ kết nối và hỗ trợ tổ chức các trận thi đấu giao hữu, tập huấn cho CLB Bóng đá Hà Nội tại Vương quốc Anh; giới thiệu các đối tác phù hợp để phối hợp phát triển bóng đá trẻ chuyên nghiệp; giới thiệu, tạo cơ hội và tìm kiếm các nguồn tài trợ, các chương trình hợp tác để các cầu thủ của CLB Bóng đá Hà Nội thi đấu tại các giải đấu tại Vương quốc Anh và ngược lại; giới thiệu các chuyên gia bóng đá, huấn luyện viên, huấn luyện thể lực, huấn luyện thủ môn, cầu thủ sang thi đấu và làm việc tại CLB Bóng đá Hà Nội và hợp tác trong công tác quản lý bóng đá.
Một biên bản hợp tác đáng chú ý khác được trao dịp này là T&T Group sẽ bắt tay với Formula E Operations – đơn vị tổ chức và quản lý cuộc đua FIA Formula E Championship để hợp tác nghiên cứu và khảo sát việc triển khai chương trình đua công thức 1 bằng xe điện (Formula E).

Dưới sự chứng kiến của Thủ tướng Chính phủ Phạm Minh Chính, T&T Group cũng đã trao đổi một loạt biên bản ghi nhớ hợp tác trong các lĩnh vực năng lượng, môi trường và giáo dục. Cụ thể, T&T Group và JAKS Resources Berhad hợp tác phát triển dự án điện khí LNG Quảng Ninh 2 có công suất 1.500 MW tại tỉnh Quảng Ninh; Công ty môi trường T&T Thái Nguyên (thành viên của Tập đoàn T&T Group) và Tập đoàn OCA Global (Tây Ban Nha) hợp tác tư vấn triển khai các dự án năng lượng sạch, bảo vệ môi trường, chống xâm nhập mặn và chuyển giao công nghệ ứng phó với biến đổi khí hậu; T&T Group và Stowe Shool – hệ thống giáo dục danh tiếng nhất thế giới tại Anh hợp tác đầu tư thành lập các trường chất lượng cao tại Việt Nam đạt tiêu chuẩn Vương quốc Anh và quốc tế.
