Nhân viên phụ trách đã nghỉ – Khách hàng khiếu nại, trách nhiệm thuộc về ai?

Trong khoảng thời gian nghỉ hè, khá nhiều người đã tranh thủ sắp xếp thời gian để tham gia các khóa học bổ sung kiến thức và bằng cấp cho mình. Tuy nhiên, từ đó cũng làm phát sinh bao trường hợp “dở khóc dỡ cười” làm “điêu đứng” người trong cuộc.

Mới đây theo phản ánh chúng tôi nhận được từ một trường hợp học viên đăng ký khóa học Đào Tạo Lái Xe của Công ty TNHH Phát Triển Giáo Dục và Dạy Nghề 3T không thể tham gia học theo khóa mình đã đăng ký với lý do thật khó hiểu: Nhân viên phụ trách bị sa thải, khiếu nại không ai giải quyết!

Học viên đã đăng ký thông qua nhân viên tư vấn của công ty 3T trên, và trong hợp đồng ký kết có ghi rõ khóa học là B11, nhưng khi liên hệ để tham gia khóa học thì nhận được phản hồi từ trung tâm là khóa học đã được đăng ký là B2. Và khi mâu thuẩn xảy ra thì người nhân viên phụ trách đã bị công ty cho nghĩ việc nên không trực tiếp giải trình và xử lý được.

Giữa hai bên học viên và công ty 3T chưa thể thống nhất với nhau , và đang đưa lỗi qua phía một nhân viên không còn hoạt đông.
Theo gốc nhìn của người sử dụng dịch vụ bình thường, thiết nghĩ công ty nên là đơn vị xử lý giải quyết vấn đề cho học viên một cách nhanh gọn và dứt điểm vì nhân viên là vấn đề nội bộ. Khi kinh doanh, các chủ doanh nghiệp cần đề cao sự uy tín và trải nghiệm của khách hàng.
Mong những trường hợp này sẽ không còn diễn ra để tạo sự an tâm và tin tưởng của người tiêu dùng.
