Mới chỉ học lớp 12, Nguyễn Văn Hiếu đã khiến nhiều người phải kinh ngạc bởi khả năng kinh doanh cùng thu nhập ổn định. Chàng trai sinh năm 2000 là nguồn truyền cảm hứng mãnh liệt cho giới trẻ, là minh chứng cho câu nói “Tài không đợi tuổi”.

 

Nguyễn Văn Hiếu sinh năm 2000 ở Phú Thọ được tiếp xúc khá sớm với môi trường kinh doanh của gia đình. Có lẽ vì thế, Hiếu cũng luôn khao khát trở thành ông chủ, thành một người làm kinh doanh giỏi. Ngay từ lúc còn là học sinh, Hiếu đã không ngừng tìm hiểu, học hỏi mọi thứ xung quanh mình trong khi nhiều bạn đồng trang lứa vẫn vô tư vui chơi đúng với tuổi học trò của mình.

Với sở thích ăn hải sản nhưng lại quá đắt đỏ, Hiếu quyết định sẽ tìm con đường khởi nghiệp cho mình cùng cua hoàng đế. Mới 18 tuổi, Hiếu đã làm cộng tác viên bán hải sản, từ đó Hiếu rút ra được rất nhiều bài học kinh nghiệm, có được nguồn cung cấp đáng tin cậy và một số khách hàng thân thiết. Chỉ sau một tháng, Hiếu đã quyết định mở riêng cho mình một cửa hàng chuyên bán cua hoàng đế. Mặc dù mới học lớp 12 nhưng vì tin tưởng cũng như nhìn thấy tương lai triển vọng nên bố mẹ Hiếu đã giúp cậu có đủ 180 triệu làm vốn khởi nghiệp.

Một điều rất dễ hiểu, kinh doanh không bao giờ thuận lợi ngay từ đầu. Hiếu cũng như vậy, ban đầu cửa hàng của Hiếu khá ít khách, việc vận chuyển, bảo quản hải sản chưa tốt nên đôi khi bị thất thu, lỗ vốn. Khó khăn rất nhiều, kinh nghiệm còn ít, tuổi đời quá trẻ nên nhiều lúc cũng làm Hiếu mệt mỏi.

Hiếu chia sẻ: “Cua hoàng đế có giá trị lớn và hầu hết là nhập khẩu nên rất dễ bị ngộp, bị chết. Nếu chỉ có một sai sót nhỏ thôi cũng khiến cả lô hàng mất trắng, số tiền bỏ ra không hề nhỏ một chút nào. Chưa kể đến việc tìm nguồn cung phải đảm bảo rõ nguồn gốc, giá thành ổn định, uy tín nữa. Muốn làm nghề này phải là người cực kỳ kỹ tính mới trụ được”.

Có giai đoạn, Hiếu liên tục đi lại giữa Hà Nội và Phú Thọ để phát triển, chăm sóc cửa hàng. Khi mọi việc dần đi vào ổn định, Hiếu giao toàn bộ cơ sở Việt Trì cho bố mẹ quản lý để tập trung dồn lực phát triển tại thủ đô.

Thế nhưng, sự kiên trì và cố gắng rồi cũng được đền đáp. Nhờ công nghệ, bạn bè, các mối quan hệ mà cậu chủ nhỏ đã tìm ra phương pháp nuôi sống hải sản trước khi bán. Ngay đau đó, cửa hàng của Hiếu được mở rộng, nhập nhiều loại hải sản khác cung cấp cho khách hàng.

Các loại hải sản đều tươi ngon, giá trị dinh dưỡng cao, có nguồn gốc rõ ràng. Nguồn thu nhập mà Nguyễn Văn Hiếu thu về tương đối ổn định, gia tăng theo chiều hướng tích cực khiến nhiều người kinh doanh lâu năm phải kính nể Hiếu – một chàng trai còn rất trẻ tuổi.
