Trước khi trở thành “người dẫn đường” Theanh28, ít ai biết rằng Nguyễn Tuấn Hưng từng phải làm đủ nghề để mưu sinh. Từ phụ việc tại quán cơm đến sửa điện thoại cũ, anh đều không nề hà để có thu nhập trang trải cuộc sống: “Trong 3 năm sang Nhật du học, tôi làm đủ nghề để có tiền trang trải cuộc sống. Ngày đi học trên trường 4 tiếng, còn lại tôi tới quán cơm phụ. Người ta sai gì mình làm nấy. Tối đi làm về, tôi lại lên các trang thương mại điện tử, tìm mua điện thoại cũ mang về sửa rồi bán lại để có thêm thu nhập”. Bươn chải đủ nghề, làm đủ việc đã làm dày trải nghiệm lẫn kinh nghiệm sống cho Tuấn Hưng. Đây là một tài sản quý giá, bước đệm để chàng trai đầy nghị lực này có thể viết tiếp những ước mơ của mình.

Năm 2015, Nguyễn Tuấn Hưng quyết định trở về Việt Nam và làm marketing. Dù kiếm được không ít tiền từ công việc này và gầy dựng được tiếng tăm trong lĩnh vực thẩm mỹ nhưng anh luôn nghĩ mình cần phải có một sự nghiệp riêng. Tình cờ, trong một lần xem YouTube, anh rất ấn tượng với những video được cắt dựng vô cùng thu hút và sáng tạo của bạn Nguyễn Thế Anh. Điều này khiến chàng trai trẻ nhận ra được cơ hội trong một lĩnh vực còn khá mới mẻ ở Việt Nam thời điểm đó – Social Media.

Nói là làm, anh khởi nghiệp từ một công ty chỉ có 4 người. Sau hơn 2 năm thành lập cùng sự dẫn dắt và điều hành của Tổng giám đốc Nguyễn Tuấn Hưng, cho đến nay Theanh28 Entertainment đã có hơn 100 thành viên.
