Ngày 21/4, Công ty cổ phần Đại Lộc Long An đã khởi công xây dựng dự án Khu công nghiệp Nam Thuận (huyện Đức Hòa, Long An).
Tham dự có nguyên Chủ tịch nước Trương Tấn Sang, nguyên Phó Thủ tướng Thường trực Chính phủ Trương Hòa Bình, lãnh đạo tỉnh Long An cùng đại diện hơn 400 doanh nghiệp đang đầu tư trên địa bàn
Theo UBND tỉnh Long An, việc khởi công khu công nghiệp Nam Thuận đánh dấu sự khởi động của địa phương trong quá trình hồi phục kinh tế sau đại dịch Covid-19.
Tính đến tháng 3/2022, trên địa bàn tỉnh có hơn 14.000 doanh nghiệp đang hoạt động, với tổng vốn hơn 15,5 tỷ USD; có gần 2.150 dự án trong nước được cấp giấy chứng nhận đầu tư, với tổng vốn trên 11,5 tỷ USD và có 1.138 dự án FDI với tổng số vốn trên 9,7 tỷ USD…
Dự án Khu công nghiệp Nam Thuận do Công ty cổ phần Đại Lộc Long An làm chủ đầu tư với tổng vốn đầu tư hơn 5.300 tỷ đồng. Với những điều kiện thuận lợi về vị trí, hạ tầng… đây là một trong những dự án được đánh giá có vai trò quan trọng trong việc thu hút đầu tư của Long An.
Nơi đây sẽ tiếp nhận các loại hình sản xuất như: nhóm các dự án về điện tử, viễn thông; nhóm các dự án về cơ khí, luyện kim; nhóm dự án về dệt, nhuộm và may mặc; nhóm các dự án về chế biến gỗ, thủy tinh, gốm sứ; nhóm các dự án chế biến thực phẩm, nước giải khát…
Dự án có diện tích 308ha và khu dân cư với diện tích khoảng 99ha. Giai đoạn 1 là 49ha, đang đầu tư hạ tầng; giai đoạn 2 là 50ha, đang lập thủ tục thu hồi đất và chi trả bồi thường.
Liền kề dự án là cụm công nghiệp Hải Sơn với tổng diện tích 261ha, đã lấp đầy 108ha và thu hút được 144 nhà đầu tư, đạt 60%, hiện có nhiều doanh nghiệp đi vào hoạt động và xây dựng nhà máy.
Tháng 6/2021, Công ty Cổ phần Đại Lộc Long An đã hoàn thiện các hồ sơ pháp lý thay đổi người đại diện pháp luật. Do đại dịch Covid-19 bùng phát và thực hiện việc giãn cách xã hội trong một thời gian dài, đến tháng 11/2021, công ty mới chính thức khởi công thực hiện các dự án.
Hiện khu công nghiệp Nam Thuận đã thu hút được 18 doanh nghiệp với diện tích khoảng 30ha, tổng giá trị đầu tư gần 5.000 tỷ đồng.
Dự kiến đến cuối năm 2022, dự án sẽ thu hút được tổng diện tích khoảng 100ha, có nhiều doanh nghiệp xây dựng nhà xưởng vào quý II/2022, sẽ có nhiều nhà máy đi vào hoạt động vào cuối quí IV/2022.
Phát biểu tại lễ khởi công, Chủ tịch UBND tỉnh Long An, ông Nguyễn Văn Út cho biết, toàn tỉnh Long An hiện có 37 khu công nghiệp được quy hoạch với tổng diện tích gần 13.000 ha; trong đó, có 16 khu công nghiệp hiện đã đi vào hoạt động, thu hút trên 1.700 dự án đầu tư, tỷ lệ lấp đầy đạt 91,7%.
Việc khởi công xây dựng Khu công nghiệp Nam Thuận sẽ góp phần quan trọng vào việc gia tăng quỹ đất sạch để thu hút đầu tư, thúc đẩy phát triển kinh tế – xã hội của địa phương.
Chủ tịch UBND tỉnh Long An, ông Nguyễn Văn Út phát biểu tại buổi lễChủ tịch UBND tỉnh Long An đề nghị chủ đầu tư dự án tập trung công tác giải phóng mặt bằng; sớm hoàn chỉnh hạ tầng để tiếp nhận nhà đầu tư thứ cấp. Đồng thời yêu cầu các đơn vị, địa phương liên quan tích cực hỗ trợ doanh nghiệp trong quá trình đầu tư xây dựng; tập trung thực hiện đề án xây dựng nhà ở cho công nhân để thu hút và giữ chân người lao động; đẩy mạnh các hoạt động phục hồi và phát triển sản xuất, kinh doanh, thu hút đầu tư… Từ đó, thúc đẩy kinh tế – xã hội của tỉnh ngày càng phát triển nhanh và bền vững.
Dịp này, UBND tỉnh Long An cũng trao chứng nhận cho 4 dự án đầu tư vào khu công nghiệp Xuyên Á (huyện Đức Hòa) với tổng vốn hơn 5.000 tỷ đồng.
