Sáng nay (15/3), CTCP Tập đoàn C.E.O (HNX: CEO) tổ chức ĐHĐCĐ thường niên 2019 để thông qua kế hoạch kinh doanh trong năm 2019 và phương án phát hành cổ phiếu tăng vốn điều lệ lên 2.573 tỷ đồng.
Phát hành 103 triệu cổ phiếu, tăng vốn lên 2.573 tỷ đồng
HĐQT CEO đã thông qua nội dung phát hành cổ phiếu tăng vốn điều lệ. Cụ thể, CEO sẽ chào bán gần 103 triệu cổ phiếu cho cổ đông hiện hữu trong quý II và III/2019, tỷ lệ thực hiện 3:2, giá bán 10.000 đồng/cp. Tổng giá trị theo mệnh giá gần 1.030 tỷ đồng. Như vậy, nếu đợt phát hành thành công thì vốn điều lệ của CEO sẽ tăng lên hơn 2.573 tỷ đồng.
Nguồn vốn tăng thêm dự kiến được góp vào các công ty con (484 tỷ đồng), đầu tư vào dự án River Silk City Phân kỳ IV + V + VI (450 tỷ đồng) và bổ sung vốn lưu động (95 tỷ đồng). Số tiền tối thiểu cần huy động được cho dự án River Silk City Phân kỳ IV + V + VI là 360 tỷ đồng, tương đương với tỷ lệ chào bán thành công tối thiểu là 80%.
Về dự án River Silk City – Sông Xanh tại Hà Nam, hiện công ty đã hoàn thành phân kỳ I, II. Phân kỳ III sẽ hoàn thành trong tháng 5 này. Công ty cũng đang chuẩn bị thủ tục pháp lý để triển khai các phân kỳ còn lại, có quy mô khoảng 8 ha. Ở phân kỳ III, công ty có 1.000 sản phẩm nhà phố, biệt thự liền kề, giá bán bình quân 1 tỷ đồng/căn.

Nếu không bán hết cổ phiếu phát hành, CEO sẽ linh hoạt lựa chọn phương án phù hợp.
Mục tiêu tăng trưởng lợi nhuận 20%
Về các chỉ tiêu sản xuất kinh doanh trong năm 2019, CEO đặt kế hoạch doanh thu hợp nhất 3.200 tỷ đồng, lợi nhuận trước và sau thuế dự kiến 600 tỷ đồng và 445 tỷ đồng, lần lượt tăng 35%, 19% và 20% so với kết quả thực hiện được ở năm 2018. Công ty dự kiến chia cổ tức 2019 với tỷ lệ 11% bằng tiền.
Trong năm 2019, CEO dự kiến tập trung triển khai các dự án trọng điểm của tập đoàn, lấy dự án Sonasea Vân Đồn Habor City làm trọng tâm, kinh doanh và vận hành hiệu quả các dự án Novotel Phú Quốc Resort, Best Western Premier Sonasea Phú Quốc.
Trả lời cổ đông về dự án trọng điểm Sonasea Vân Đồn Habor City, đại diện CEO cho biết về phân kỳ đầu tư, năm 2019 sẽ hoàn thành và đưa vào hoạt động khu phố đi bộ, mua sắm. Hạng mục sản phẩm nhà phố tại dự án dự kiến sẽ mở bán vào dịp 30/4 – 1/5. Ngoài ra, công ty cũng đang tiến hành thi công các hạng mục khác, đặt mục tiêu sẽ hoàn thiện phần thô trong năm nay để đi vào hoạt động vào năm 2020.
Bên cạnh đó, CEO sẽ khánh thành và đưa vào hoạt động khu nghỉ dưỡng Sonasea Paris Villas tại Phú Quốc; hoàn thành các thủ tục đầu tư các Dự án tại Cần Thơ, Quảng Bình, tiếp tục phát triển dự án tại các địa bàn tiềm năng trên địa bàn cả nước.
Về khu đô thị mới Cần Thơ tại Cái Răng, dự án này có quy khoảng 100 ha đã được UBND TP Cần Thơ chấp thuận chủ trương đầu tư.
Ngoài ra, CEO cũng đặt ra mục tiêu đẩy mạnh công tác đào tạo điều dưỡng để cung cấp cho thị trường trong nước và sang thị trường Nhật Bản, tuyển sinh và đào tạo các chuyên ngành về du lịch – khách sạn đáp ứng nhu cầu nhân lực của tập đoàn và cung cấp cho thị trường.
