Be Group lên tiếng sau khi hàng trăm tài xế bức xúc ”quây” văn phòng TPHCM

Ngày 6/4 vừa qua, một số tài xế đến Trung tâm tiếp tài xế của “Be” và đã có những phản ứng do bị giam thưởng. Sau khi tiếp thu và lắng nghe ý kiến của tài xế, cũng như rà soát lại các khiếu nại, phản ánh, Be Group đã chính thức lên tiếng.

Sau khi điều tra, Be Ggroup đã xác định: phần lớn các trường hợp tài xế đến Trung tâm tiếp tài xế của “be” để phản ánh về việc bị nghi ngờ lỗi gian lận trong ngày 6/4 vừa qua là các tài xế vi phạm các nguyên tắc hoạt động của “be” trong việc dùng tài khoản khách ảo và tạo chuyến đi không hợp lệ để gian lận thưởng của “be”. Trong đó, có những tài xế đã cố ý gian lận số tiền lên đến vài triệu đồng trong một kỳ thưởng.

Tuy nhiên cũng có số ít một số trường hợp sau khi kiểm tra lại, “be” đã xác nhận không gian lận và cam kết sẽ trả thưởng trong kỳ kế tiếp.

Về sự việc tài xế phản ánh bị cắt, giam tiền thưởng vì bị nghi ngờ gian lận “be” đã tiếp thu mọi ý kiến của tài xế trên tinh thần cầu thị để kiểm tra, giải quyết. Theo quy trình của “be” về phát hiện lỗi gian lận, với các trường hợp nghi vấn, bộ phận nghiệp vụ sẽ nhắn tin thông báo cho tài xế và tài xế sẽ có 7 ngày để giải trình với “be” thông qua liên hệ tổng đài, gửi email cho bộ phận Chăm sóc khách hàng hoặc đến trực tiếp Trung tâm tiếp tài xế của “be”.

Ngay trong chiều ngày 6/4, đã không còn trường hợp tài xế nào đến công ty phàn nàn về vấn đề trên. Quan điểm của “be” là xử lý nghiêm túc các trường hợp vi phạm những phải minh bạch, dứt khoát, nhanh chóng khi có phản hồi.
