Trên thị trường, cổ phiếu VTR có cải thiện đáng kể sau thông tin nới lỏng giãn cách và bắt đầu bước vào thời kỳ bình thường mới của cả nước nói chung cũng như miền Nam nói riêng. Chốt phiên ngày 3/11, VTR dừng tại mức 36.300 đồng/cp, so với mức đáy hồi tháng 9, thị giá tăng 21%.
Ghi nhận giao dịch tại Du lịch và Tiếp thị Giao thông Vận tải Việt Nam (Vietravel, VTR), hàng loạt cổ đông là lãnh đạo và liên quan đã đăng ký chuyển nhượng gần 6,3 triệu cổ phiếu, tương đương 37% vốn.
Trong đó, Chủ tịch HĐQT là ông Nguyễn Quốc Kỳ bán ra gần 1,3 triệu cổ phiếu VTR, giảm sở hữu từ mức 9,33% vốn xuống còn 1,72% vốn. Các Thành viên HĐQT khác gồm ông Trần Đoàn Thế Duy, ông Võ Quang Liên Kha và bà Nguyễn Thị Lê Hương cũng đồng loạt bán ra hơn 600.000 cổ phiếu Công ty.
Bán ra lượng lớn hơn 400.000 cổ phiếu còn có Thành viên HĐQT Nguyễn Minh Ngọc, Giám đốc Ban Tài chính Kế toán Đỗ Thanh Hùng…
Tổ chức liên quan là Công ty TNHH MTV Dịch vụ Du lịch và Lữ hành Quốc tế Sài Gòn cũng bán ra hơn 2 triệu cổ phần VTR, giảm sở hữu từ mức 14,81% vốn xuống còn 2,96% vốn. Giao dịch được thực hiện từ ngày 4 đến ngày 9/11/2021.
Được biết, mục đích giao dịch của loạt cổ đông này là nhằm góp vốn bằng cổ phiếu để thành lập CTCP Vietravel Holdings. Các giao dịch này đều sẽ được thực hiện ngoài hệ thống, cụ thể là thông qua Trung tâm Lưu ký Chứng khoán.
