Ắt hẳn đã không ít lần bạn được nghe những câu chuyện về những người trẻ tự lập hay những người thành công từ chính sức lực của mình mà không nhờ vả đến một ai. Tôi cũng vậy và mỗi lần như thế, tôi luôn tự gọi những người đó là “huyền thoại”, bởi lẽ trên đời này rất hiếm người có thể làm được điều đó một mình. Khi chúng ta chỉ là một người bình thường, chúng ta muốn thành công hay muốn hoàn thành một mục tiêu nào đó trong cuộc đời thì không ít nhiều chúng ta cũng phải nhờ đến sự giúp đỡ, hỗ trợ từ những người khác.

Trên con đường bạn thực hiện ước mơ của mình, bạn sẽ nhận được nhiều sự hỗ trợ từ bạn bè, gia đình và người thân. Nhưng mỗi người trong số họ sẽ có một cách giúp đỡ riêng, có người sẽ giúp bạn củng cố tài năng, có người giúp bạn trau dồi kiến thức nhưng cũng sẽ có người giúp bạn phát triển sở thích và nhận ra bản thân mình… Mỗi một sự đóng góp nho nhỏ đó lại chính là một nền tảng vững chắc giúp bạn đến gần hơn với mục tiêu của mình.

Nhưng đôi khi, những người xung quanh bạn sẽ đưa ra những lời khuyên xung đột lẫn nhau, điều đó có thể khiến bạn sẽ nghiêng về những lời đóng góp mà bản thân cảm thấy thoải mái và dễ thực hiện nhất nhưng đôi khi chưa hẳn chúng đã đúng.

Chính vì điều đó nên việc lựa chọn người cố vấn cho cuộc đời bạn là một sự cân nhắc đòi hỏi sự tỉ mỉ, cẩn trọng và hiểu rõ về người khác. 1.Chuyên gia kết nối

Trong cuộc đời, bạn cần một người giống như chuyên gia kết nối, là kiểu người sẽ biết cách quảng bá những kĩ năng của bạn, giúp bạn xây dựng nên một mạng lưới mối quan hệ rộng lớn. Thử tưởng tượng nếu như bạn là một người hướng nội, bạn chỉ thích nép mình vào một góc nào đó và âm thầm ấp ủ những giấc mơ của bản thân thì liệu bạn có thể mau chóng đến được với thành công hay không?

Bất kể một công việc nào, một mục tiêu nào dù bé hay lớn cũng đều quan trọng như nhau nên đòi hỏi bạn phải hoàn thành chúng chính xác và kịp thời. Nhưng bạn cũng chỉ là một người bình thường thì làm sao có thể xoay sở hết mọi việc lớn nhỏ đó, chính vì thế nên có một trợ thủ “đa năng” ở bên cạnh sẽ là một động lực vô cùng lớn giúp bạn dễ dàng đạt đến mục tiêu của mình hơn.

Trong số những người mà bạn cần trên bước đường xây dựng thành công của mình thì đây chính là một kiểu người luôn lắng nghe, biết phán xét sự việc một cách tỉ mỉ và chính xác. Họ thường không quan trọng thành tích mà ngược lại họ thích âm thầm hành động hơn là thể hiện ra bên ngoài.
