Thách thức của sách nói ở Việt Nam

doanhnhanthoidai/  Vi phạm bản quyền là vấn đề ảnh hưởng đến sự phát triển sách nói ở Việt Nam. Từ tháng 7/2020 đến nay, một đơn vị sách nói đã báo cáo để tháo gỡ hơn 30.000 nội dung vi phạm.
Trong khoảng hai năm trở lại đây, các nhà phát hành sách nói ra đời, đang có sự phát triển mạnh. Đi cùng cơ hội là thách thức, các đơn vị làm sách nói đều nêu ra những khó khăn cần vượt qua để tiến xa hơn nữa.

Đấu tranh với nội dung vi phạm bản quyền

Cũng như bao ngành nghề khác thuộc lĩnh vực sáng tạo nội dung, sách nói phải đối mặt vấn đề vi phạm bản quyền. Vi phạm bản quyền như một vấn nạn, “căn bệnh” chưa thể chữa trị của ngành xuất bản. Câu chuyện làm sao để kiểm soát việc in lậu, sách giả vẫn chưa triệt để. Trên môi trường số, việc vi phạm còn dễ dàng sao chép, phát tán hơn. Bà Thái Minh Châu – Giám đốc đối ngoại Fonos – nói khi tìm từ khóa “sách nói”, sẽ có hàng triệu kết quả trên Google, YouTube, phần lớn cá nhân tự thu âm và đăng tải miễn phí bản kém chất lượng.

“Điều này ít nhiều gây khó khăn cho chúng tôi, khi một mặt đàm phán với các đơn vị xuất bản hoặc tác giả để có bản quyền, mặt khác chủ động tìm kiếm và yêu cầu đơn vị vi phạm bản quyền xóa các nội dung mà chúng tôi đã được cấp phép”, bà Thái Minh Châu nói. Ông Lê Hoàng Thạch – CEO Voiz FM – cũng cho rằng vấn đề vi phạm bản quyền đang là thách thức lớn nhất của sách nói hiện nay. “Chúng tôi quyết liệt trong vấn đề này, đã làm việc với YouTube và Spotify… để gỡ bỏ những nội dung vi phạm bản quyền. Từ tháng 7/2020 đến nay, chúng tôi làm việc để xóa hơn 30.000 nội dung vi phạm”, ông Thạch cho biết.
Theo CEO Voiz FM, ý thức bản quyền của người dùng thấp, nhiều người tải lậu, dùng chùa, vô tư vi phạm bản quyền sách. Khi bị báo cáo vi phạm, họ lập luận rằng đang “đọc sách để phục vụ cộng đồng, phục vụ người nghe”. “Với trường hợp như vậy, chúng tôi vẫn kiên nhẫn để tháo gỡ nội dung vi phạm. Thậm chí, chúng tôi gặp cả sự phá hoại, tấn công công nghệ”, ông Thạch cho biết. Ban đầu, việc báo cáo bản quyền không mấy suôn sẻ. Tiếng nói của các đơn vị khởi nghiệp chưa được những công ty công nghệ, mạng xã hội lớn chú ý. Bằng sự kiên trì, dần dần, việc tháo gỡ nội dung vi phạm trên các trang này trở nên suôn sẻ hơn. Sau một thời gian đấu tranh với tình trạng vi phạm bản quyền, Voiz FM nhận tín hiệu tích cực từ cộng đồng. “Chúng tôi sẽ chủ động để bảo vệ bản quyền. Cái nào khó sẽ nhờ các đơn vị, cơ quan chức năng hỗ trợ”, ông Thạch nói.

Nỗ lực phát triển

Bên cạnh vấn đề vi phạm bản quyền, các đơn vị sách nói đang nỗ lực để vượt qua những khó khăn khác. Hiện, nhà phát hành sách nói cố gắng đẩy nhanh tốc độ ra sách. Khi chọn con đường sách bản quyền, tốc độ ra nội dung sẽ chậm hơn so với nhu cầu người nghe. Đơn vị sản xuất sẽ phải đi thương thảo bản quyền với tác giả, nhà xuất bản nắm giữ bản quyền sách giấy, rồi mới đưa vào sản xuất. Đối với Voiz FM, đơn vị này đưa ra chức năng đề nghị sách, khách hàng thích sách nào thì đề xuất, đơn vị sẽ đi liên hệ bản quyền để thực hiện sách nói. Dù sản xuất và phát hành online, song dịch bệnh cũng làm cho tiến độ sản xuất sách chậm hơn. “Fonos đặt chất lượng sách nói và các nội dung âm thanh lên trên hết. Điều này khiến chúng tôi tốn khá nhiều thời gian cho một thành phẩm như ý”, bà Thái Minh Châu nói.

Fonos đang làm việc với hàng trăm người đọc chuyên nghiệp (voice talent) và khâu kiểm duyệt gắt gao. Dù đã xây nhiều phòng thu sẵn sàng để làm việc liên tục, nhằm đẩy nhanh tốc độ phát hành sách nói, việc giãn cách đã làm ảnh hưởng ít nhiều đến kế hoạch sản xuất của Fonos. Một số đơn vị xuất bản chưa thực sự mở lòng với sách nói. Ông Lê Hoàng Thạch nhận định còn khá nhiều nghi ngại trong ngành sách, các đơn vị xuất bản sợ khi sách nói ra mắt sẽ làm sách giấy mất thị phần. “Sách nói và sách giấy bổ trợ nhau, đó đều là những sản phẩm trong hệ sinh thái nội dung. Chúng tôi phải thuyết phục đối tác hiểu điều đó để cùng hợp tác phát triển”, CEO Voiz FM nêu quan điểm.
Để phát triển hơn, các đơn vị sách nói cũng tập trung cải tiến công nghệ. Đại diện Voiz FM cho biết đơn vị này đang phát triển công nghệ giọng nói trí tuệ nhân tạo để đọc sách phi hư cấu. Khi khảo sát 70% người dùng, hơn 80% người không nhận ra đó là giọng AI. Đơn vị này cũng tham vọng có thể “số hóa cảm xúc”, ứng dụng công nghệ vào các khâu biên tập, dịch thuật. Bà Thái Minh Châu cho biết Fonos đang liên tục cải tiến về công nghệ, đổi mới giao diện, tính năng cũng như trải nghiệm người dùng. “Mong đợi của người dùng rất cao, chúng tôi cần học hỏi, lắng nghe và nỗ lực nhiều hơn nữa”, Giám đốc đối ngoại Fonos nói.

Ngoài sách nói, Fonos đang nỗ lực làm phong phú thêm kho nội dung bằng những chuyên mục độc quyền cho hội viên như: Tóm tắt sách, Thiền định, Truyện ngủ, Nhạc chủ đề. Dự án ebook cũng sắp được Fonos công bố.
