Từ giấc mơ mở Công ty thực phẩm sạch đến giấc mơ ‘Tinh thần Tre Việt’

Tôi biết đến Vũ Anh Văn khi bắt đầu tham gia Câu lạc bộ sinh viên tình nguyện Đất Tổ tại Hà Nội.

Cảm nhận ban đầu của tôi về Văn: hiền lành, chịu khó, nhiệt tình, trách nhiệm… Trong mỗi hành trình tình nguyện, chàng sinh viên trẻ tuổi luôn thể hiện tốt vai trò của Chủ tịch Câu lạc bộ tình nguyện, tạo nên những hoạt động có ý nghĩa cho cộng đồng.

Tốt nghiệp ra trường, Văn gọi cho tôi “Chị ơi! Em muốn về Phú Thọ mở doanh nghiệp. Có gì chị giúp em với nhé!”. Tôi thực sự ngỡ ngàng, hỏi “Sao em không thích ở lại Hà Nội à? Hà Nội có nhiều cơ hội cho em phát triển chứ?”.

Văn cười rồi bảo “Em muốn về tỉnh làm một điều gì đó góp sức cho quê hương mình. Em có ước mơ từ nhỏ sẽ làm nên nghiệp lớn ngay tại nơi chôn rau cắt rốn. Em luôn khao khát được cống hiến hết khả năng của mình để làm được điều gì đó tốt đẹp cho xã hội, vì em xác định: chỉ có con đường kinh doanh mới giúp em đạt được những điều đó”.

Chỉ một thời gian ngắn sau, bằng sự giúp đỡ của bạn bè, người thân, Văn cùng nhóm bạn đã đồng sáng lập Công ty Cổ phần nông nghiệp An Tâm. Giấc mơ xây dựng một chuỗi cung ứng thực phẩm sạch đã thành hiện thực.

Công ty cổ phần nông nghiệp An Tâm đã cung cấp thực phẩm sạch cho hệ thống bếp ăn bán trú các trường học, khu công nghiệp và siêu thị trên địa bản tỉnh.

Văn và nhóm bạn đã đưa nhiều ý tưởng độc đáo trong quá trình kinh doanh của mình. Mô hình xe thực phẩm sạch lưu động của công ty có mặt ở nhiều huyện trên địa bàn tỉnh. Các cửa hàng thực phẩm an toàn cũng được khai trương tại một số huyện.

Sản phẩm của công ty được sản xuất theo chu trình khép kín và đáp ứng các tiêu chuẩn về vệ sinh an toàn thực phẩm. Đó là các sản phẩm từ lợn, gà, rau sạch. Trong một lần vào Vinmart mua hàng, tôi thực sự bất ngờ thấy sản phẩm của Công ty Cổ phần nông nghiệp An Tâm đã nằm trên kệ.

Tôi gọi cho Văn để chúc mừng. Văn cười, vẫn nụ cười hiền lành: “Em quên chưa thông báo với chị, sản phẩm của công ty đã đi vào siêu thị rồi chị ạ!”.

Tôi vẫn dõi theo những bước đi của Văn, Công ty Cổ phần nông nghiệp An Tâm và hỗ trợ nhóm startup trong khả năng của mình, với vai trò đại diện về hỗ trợ truyền thông và hỗ trợ kết nối với hệ sinh thái khởi nghiệp đổi mới sáng tạo.

Tôi cứ nghĩ rằng, Văn và các bạn của mình sẽ chỉ dừng lại ở đó. Nhưng không, cách đây mấy tháng, Văn inbox cho tôi và gửi cho tôi một số sản phẩm làm từ tre.

Văn nói: Chị ơi! Em kinh doanh thêm các sản phẩm từ tre, có gì chị tư vấn thêm cho em nhé! Tôi thực sự bất ngờ về sự chuyển hướng này của Văn.

Trong khi cả thế giới đang tẩy chay đồ nhựa, hướng đến các sản phẩm thân thiện môi trường, thì chàng trai 9x hiền lành đã âm thầm tìm hiểu thị trường và biến những cây tre Đất Tổ thành những sản phẩm tuyệt mỹ.

Nhìn những chiếc lồng chim, những chiếc cốc, ống hút, sản phẩm gia dụng bằng tre…, qua bàn tay khéo léo của những người thợ trở thành những sản phẩm vô cùng tinh tế.

Từ khi biết Văn đến nay, tôi nhận thấy em là người có mục tiêu trong cuộc sống, nhất là kinh doanh. Bởi để quyết định kinh doanh lĩnh vực gì, Văn đều phải đặt ra mục tiêu về tài chính (đơn giản hơn là lợi nhuận).

Tuy nhiên, Văn đã tìm kiếm được nhiều hơn ở cây tre những giá trị cao cả còn hơn cả lợi tức kinh doanh. Đó là trách nhiệm với môi trường sống, tư duy sống tích cực, sự sáng tạo, ý chí mạnh mẽ, giá trị truyền thống dân tộc,…

Đó chính là là “Tinh thần Tre Việt”. Thương hiệu “BamBamBoo – Sự sáng tạo là vô hạn” ra đời từ đó.

Sự khởi đầu bao giờ cũng gian nan. Trước hết là việc khảo sát nhu cầu của thị trường. Văn nhận thấy tiềm năng vô cùng lớn khi Việt Nam đang hội nhập sâu rộng với thế giới, trong đó xuất khẩu các sản phẩm tre nứa chỉ đạt 250 triệu USD/năm, còn rất khiêm tốn so với tiềm năng của đất nước.

Chưa kể tiềm năng thị trường nội địa, người dân ngày càng ý thức sử dụng cá sản phẩm thân thiện môi trường có nguồn gốc tự nhiên, Chính phủ Việt Nam đang nỗ lực giảm tải rác thải nhựa. Đây là thời cơ vô cùng thuận lợi để đón trước dòng nhu cầu thị trường.

Điều may mắn đầu tiên là gia đình Văn đã có kinh nghiệm trong sản xuất lồng chim bằng tre gần 2 năm. Do đó kinh nghiệm sản xuất và xử lý nguyên liệu đã được định hình.

Những tháng đầu tiên, em đã lặn lội đi tìm kiếm vùng nguyên liệu cho sản xuất, học hỏi kinh nghiệm tại các cơ sở sản xuất ở Thanh Hóa, Nghệ An, Sơn La, Hòa Bình, cho đến tham khảo ý kiến các chuyên gia tại Học viện Nông nghiệp Việt Nam, Đại học Lâm nghiệp Việt Nam, trong đó có Tiến sĩ Nguyễn Hồng Minh, Viện nghiên cứu công nghiệp rừng – Viện khoa học lâm nghiệp Việt Nam là người đã hướng dẫn và giúp đỡ tôi rất nhiều. Quá trình này rất khó khăn khi ban đầu không thu được kết quả, nguyên liệu tốt phải đi sâu vào vùng rừng núi.

Nhưng rất may sau đó Văn đã nhận được sự giúp đỡ và chia sẻ rất nhiệt tình của các chủ cơ sở có sản xuất các sản phẩm tương tự. Văn nhận ra một điều quan trọng: nếu đã có “Tinh thần Tre” thì dù thương trường khốc liệt nhưng những người yêu tre vẫn đoàn kết chia sẻ cho nhau những kinh nghiệm cả về sản xuất và thương trường.

Mặc dù việc sản xuất ban đầu rất khó khăn, do xa vùng nguyên liệu, nhân công chưa tay nghề chưa cao, trang thiết bị còn hạn chế, nhưng nhóm khởi nghiệp của Văn đã có gắng bằng khả năng sáng tạo và sự cần cù của mình để đưa sản phẩm ra thị trường.

Hiện nay, ngoài các sản phẩm trực tiếp sản xuất, BamBamBoo còn thuê các cơ sở khác gia công các sản phẩm theo yêu cầu mẫu mã và chất lượng định sẵn. Điều này giúp chúng tôi đáp ứng được nhu cầu ngày càng tăng của khách hàng.

Trong thời gian tới, BamBamBoo, tích cực đẩy mạnh truyền thông quảng bá sản phẩm, xây dựng hệ thống phân phối.

Để đạt được hiệu quả kinh doanh cao nhất, chiến lược của BamBamBoo là phát triển thương mại đi trước sản xuất.

Giai đoạn 1 dành phần lớn đầu tư cho thuê gia công sản phẩm thay vì trực tiếp sản xuất nhằm tận dụng kinh nghiệm sản xuất của các đơn vị gia công, hạn chế rủi ro trong sản xuất.

Giai đoạn 2, sau khi đã có nguồn khách hàng ổn định sẽ tiến hàng trực tiếp sản xuất để nâng cao giá trị hàng hóa, chủ động về lượng hàng và chất lượng đáp ứng nhu cầu khách hàng.
