Cựu CEO Grab Nguyễn Tuấn Anh đầu quân cho VinID

Ông Nguyễn Tuấn Anh chính thức đảm nhiệm vị trí Tổng giám đốc VinID thuộc Tập đoàn Vingroup từ hôm nay.

Theo nguồn riêng, ông Nguyễn Tuấn Anh vừa được bổ nhiệm làm Tổng giám đốc VinID thuộc Tập đoàn Vingroup. Vị trí này trước đó do bà Nguyễn Thị Dịu đảm nhận. Bà Nguyễn Thị Dịu sẽ đảm nhiệm chức vụ Chủ tịch VinID.

Việc bổ nhiệm ông Nguyễn Tuấn Anh được kỳ vọng giúp VinID củng cố sức mạnh, phát triển mạnh mẽ hơn, cạnh tranh với các đối thủ, đồng thời trở thành một công ty dịch vụ độc lập, vươn mình ra ngoài hệ sinh thái Vingroup.

Xác nhận thông tin này, ông Nguyễn Tuấn Anh cho biết, ông chính thức giữ vị trí Tổng giám đốc VinID từ hôm nay (ngày 14/2/2020).

Trước khi về VinID, ông Nguyễn Tuấn Anh từng có 6 năm làm việc ở Grab Việt Nam.

Ông Tuấn Anh sinh năm 1982, tốt nghiệp bằng kĩ sư máy tính tại Đại học Quốc gia Singapore, làm Chủ tịch Hội sinh viên tại đây trong giai đoạn 2004 – 2005. Quãng thời gian đầu, ông có ba năm làm việc tại Yahoo, sau đó có gần hai năm làm việc tại GTM Corporation (một công ty khởi nghiệp).

Năm 2014, ông Tuấn Anh trở thành Giám đốc Grab Việt Nam, là một trong những người tiên phong phát triển dịch vụ xe ôm công nghệ tại thị trường Việt Nam. Mô hình GrabBike Việt Nam được xem là hình mẫu kinh doanh cho các thị trường khác của Grab trong khu vực.

Ngày 22/1, Grab Việt Nam cho biết ông Tuấn Anh rời công ty này sau 6 năm 4 tháng phát triển ứng dụng.

Ngày 23/7/2018, Hội đồng quản trị Tập đoàn Vingroup (VIC) đã ra quyết định tham gia góp vốn thành lập công ty con mang tên Công ty cổ phần VINID. Theo đó, VINID có vốn điều lệ 3.000 tỷ đồng, Vingroup góp 80% cổ phần, tương đương 2.400 tỷ đồng.

Cũng trong ngày 23/7, Phòng đăng ký kinh doanh thành phố Hà Nội đã cấp Giấy chứng nhận đăng ký kinh doanh cho VINID. Doanh nghiệp này đăng ký 12 ngành nghề kinh doanh.
