Bộ Y tế đề nghị các cơ sở khám chữa bệnh không lạm dụng xét nghiệm, tạo gánh nặng cho người bệnh. Riêng Sở Y tế Hà Nội và TP.HCM khẩn trương báo cáo Bộ Y tế việc thu phí xét nghiệm COVID-19 trước ngày 18-10.
Bộ Y tế vừa có văn bản gửi giám đốc sở y tế các tỉnh, thành phố; các bệnh viện trực thuộc Bộ Y tế; thủ trưởng y tế các bộ, ngành và các cơ sở y tế tư nhân về việc chỉ định và thu phí xét nghiệm Covid-19.
Theo Bộ Y tế, hiện nay tình hình dịch COVID-19 vẫn còn diễn biến phức tạp tại nhiều tỉnh, thành phố; việc xét nghiệm để phát hiện và kiểm soát dịch bệnh tại các cơ sở khám chữa bệnh là rất cần thiết.
Tuy nhiên, theo phản ảnh vẫn có tình trạng một số cơ sở chưa thực hiện đúng chỉ định và mức giá theo hướng dẫn, mới đây nhất là ở TP.HCM và Hà Nội.
Trước tình hình trên, Bộ Y tế đề nghị thủ trưởng các đơn vị rà soát toàn bộ và thực hiện thanh tra, kiểm tra việc thực hiện theo các quy định của pháp luật hướng dẫn của Bộ Y tế đối với việc thực hiện và thu phí xét nghiệm COVID-19 tại các cơ sở xét nghiệm COVID-19 trực thuộc.
Theo đó, các cơ sở khám chữa bệnh nghiêm túc thực hiện đúng các hướng dẫn của Bộ Y tế; không để tình trạng lạm dụng xét nghiệm, tạo gánh nặng cho người bệnh, đặc biệt là người bệnh mãn tính phải điều trị dài ngày.
Tổ chức phân luồng, cách ly người nghi nhiễm SARS-CoV-2 tại các cơ sở y tế theo hướng dẫn tại công văn số 1385 ngày 19-3. Đồng thời phối hợp với các cơ quan bảo hiểm thực hiện minh bạch, đảm bảo chế độ cho người bệnh cần xét nghiệm COVID-19.
Đối với Sở Y tế Hà Nội và Sở Y tế TP.HCM khẩn trương báo cáo Bộ Y tế về việc triển khai thực hiện và thu phí xét nghiệm COVID-19, xử lý nghiêm các sai phạm (nếu có) tại địa phương trước ngày 18-10.
