Thủ tướng Chính phủ yêu cầu làm rõ vụ Hảo Hảo chứa chất cấm, báo cáo lại sau 1 tuần

Ngày 30/8, Văn phòng Chính phủ có văn bản gửi Bộ Công thương về việc báo cáo sản phẩm mì Hảo Hảo có chất cấm.

Trong văn bản này, Văn phòng Chính phủ cho biết, thời gian gần đây, báo chí có nhiều tin bài phản ánh về việc sản phẩm mì ăn liền Hảo Hảo của Công ty cổ phần Acecook Việt Nam có chất cấm, không bảo đảm an toàn thực phẩm.

Vì vậy, cơ quan này yêu cầu Bộ Công Thương phối hợp với Bộ Y tế, Bộ Nông nghiệp và Phát triển nông thôn kiểm tra và có văn bản báo cáo Thủ tướng về việc này trước ngày 7/9. Như vậy, Bộ Công Thương có một tuần để hoàn thành báo cáo gửi Thủ Tướng.

Ngày 20/8, trang chủ Cơ quan An toàn Thực phẩm Ireland (FSAI) đã đưa ra thông báo thu hồi một số lô sản phẩm mì ăn liền do có chứa chất Ethylene Oxide, một chất có trong thành phần thuốc trừ sâu.

Sản phẩm mì chua cay hảo hảo

Trong số những dòng sản phẩm bị FSAI thu hồi, có hai sản phẩm do công ty Acecook Việt Nam sản xuất, gồm mì Hảo Hảo vị tôm chua cay (loại 77g – hạn sử dụng tới ngày 24/9/2022) và miến Good hương vị sườn heo (loại 56g – hạn sử dụng tới ngày 10/11/2022). Ngoài ra, trong số những dòng sản phẩm bị thu hồi còn có mì hải sản Yato của Trung Quốc (loại 120g – hạn sử dụng tới ngày 30/11/2022).

Ngay khi nắm được thông tin cảnh báo, Bộ Công Thương đã đề nghị CTCP Acecook Việt Nam khẩn trương báo cáo về quy trình sản xuất và sự khác biệt giữa lô sản phẩm tiêu thụ trong nước và xuất khẩu đối với hai sản phẩm mì Hảo Hảo và miến Good do công ty sản xuất để đánh giá sự xuất hiện chất Ethylene Oxide. Đây là chất không thuộc danh mục được quy định về giới hạn tối đa dư lượng thuốc bảo vệ thực vật trong thực phẩm theo Thông tư 50/2016/TT-BYT của Bộ Y tế trong sản phẩm.

Bên cạnh đó, Bộ Công Thương chỉ đạo các đơn vị chức năng phối hợp rà soát toàn bộ danh mục sản phẩm do Công ty cổ phần Acecook Việt Nam hiện đang phân phối trong nước, kiểm tra xác minh làm rõ quy trình sản xuất và xác định các vi phạm nếu có để bảo vệ quyền lợi người tiêu dùng.
