Doanh nhân Đặng Thị Minh Phương, Nữ hoàng logistics làm Chủ tịch Hiệp hội Logistics TP.HCM

Doanh nhân Đặng Thị Minh Phương, Chủ tịch HĐQT Công ty cổ phần MP Logistics được mệnh danh là “nữ hoàng” logistics Việt Nam vừa được bầu làm Chủ tịch Hiệp hội Logistics TP.HCM (HLA) nhiệm kỳ 2021-2026.

Sáng ngày 30/9/2021, Hiệp hội Logistics TP.HCM (HLA) tổ chức Đại hội lần thứ nhất I theo hình thức trực tuyến với chủ đề: “Đồng hành cùng TP.HCM trở thành Trung tâm logistics của khu vực”. 
Bà Đặng Thị Minh Phương giữ vị trí Chủ tịch HLA nhiệm kỳ 2021-2026, trong khi đó, bà Võ Thị Phương Lan, Chủ tịch HĐQT Công ty cổ phần Giao nhận vận tải Mỹ Á và ông Huỳnh Văn Cường, Chủ tịch HĐQT Công ty cổ phần Cảng Sài Gòn là hai Phó chủ tịch Hiệp hội. Bà Minh Phương cũng là Trưởng Ban vận động thành lập HLA. Vị này cho biết, hiện nay, có 82 hồ sơ tham gia xin gia nhập Hiệp hội.
Trước đó, vào tháng 3/2021, UBND TP.HCM đã chính thức phê duyệt thông qua “Đề án Phát triển ngành logistics trên địa bàn TP. HCM đến năm 2025, định hướng đến năm 2030”, với mục tiêu phát triển logistics trở thành ngành dịch vụ mũi nhọn của thành phố, chiếm tỷ trọng ngày càng cao trong cơ cấu GRDP. 
Đây là cơ sở giúp thành phố nâng cao vai trò đầu mối giao lưu hàng hóa trong nước và kết nối với thị trường quốc tế, góp phần kéo giảm tỷ lệ chi phí logistics cả nước so với GDP quốc gia.

Với mong muốn cùng TP.HCM chung tay hướng đến việc đưa TP.HCM trở thành trung tâm logistics của khu vực, tập thể Ban vận động thành lập HLA đã nhất trí cùng soạn thảo kế hoạch, hồ sơ trình thành phố xin phép thành lập Hiệp hội. 
Việc thành lập Hiệp hội sẽ giúp các Hội viên trong ngành mở rộng, hợp tác, thắt chặt mối liên kết cung cấp dịch vụ trong mạng lưới chuỗi cung ứng, tạo cầu nối giữa cộng đồng logistics với các cơ quan quản lý Nhà nước.
Thông qua Hiệp hội, các kiến nghị, đề xuất trong cộng đồng logistics sẽ được cập nhật thường xuyên, tạo ra môi trường minh bạch hơn, góp phần thúc đẩy thu hút đầu tư, nâng cao năng lực để có thể đủ sức cạnh tranh một cách sòng phẳng với các đối thủ lớn.

Theo bà Đặng Thị Minh Phương, TP.HCM là đầu tàu, là trung tâm kinh tế của cả nước, đóng góp hơn 22% GDP và khoảng 27% tổng thu ngân sách của cả nước. Đây là đầu mối xuất nhập khẩu hàng hóa của cả vùng với thế giới. 
Trong khi đó, các doanh nghiệp logistics hoạt động và phát triển chủ yếu là tự phát, ít có sự liên kết để tận dụng thế mạnh, cung ứng dịch vụ logistics cho cả chuỗi cung ứng khép kín. 
Vì vậy, để logistics trở thành ngành dịch vụ mũi nhọn, cần có các chính sách phát triển hữu hiệu. HLA được ra đời chính là hướng đến mục tiêu cầu nối và liên kết nêu trên.
